Designated land specialise in sourcing land development opportunities in the UK.

We act as agents for land-owners that wish to sell some of their land in order to realise capital.
We only recommend land that is prime for change of use. For this reason we focus on land that is classified as brownfield and so easier to obtain, change of use on. Also land sites that currently have commercial planning on them and would be suitable to be used for residential development. Another area of interest is land that previously had plannning permission but wasn't developed due to a lack of demand at the time.
Our priority is to offer our clients the opportunity of a significant uplift if change of use on their land is achieved but at the same time the security of the land they have bought having a definite market value should they wish to sell prior to change of use being granted.
